Bernie Sanders has endorsed Hillary Clinton, and while there has been a little speculation raised that he was forced to do so, as per DNC rules, and that the campaign lives on, the mass media will not allow that. We have known since the beginning that the establishment does not support Bernie, and will do almost anything to stop this political movement. A movement of the people to take back their country. A movement of positive, progressive ideas, that restored the power to the people. Where does that movement go from here?
Does the movement continue with Hillary Clinton?
Back in June, a poll found that 40% of Bernie Sanders supporters would not vote for Hillary Clinton. What this clearly means is that a lot of people are not just going to vote for Hillary! They want a political revolution, and just recently an overwhelming plurality of Bernie supporters would vote for Jill Stein. This is proof that the alternative is Jill Stein. The movement continues with Jill Stein. That is literally millions of people who will not vote for the establishment candidate and demand a reasonable alternative. A poll took in late June, between Clinton and Trump, did have Clinton in the lead, however, and most importantly was the number of people who wouldn't vote for either candidate. 20% would not for either candidate. That is huge! All these voters who are willing to vote for an alternative are essentially up for grabs. This is a serious possibility!
Clinton is not well liked, in fact she has a net unfavorability rating, she has a 13pt spread in the wrong direction. That is pretty bad, and very few are undecided. Trump on the other hand also has a negative favorability rating, however double the undecided. What this all means is that the two main candidates are not liked by the people. Honestly, in a typical election both of these candidates would have no chance, but this is not a normal election. That also means a 3rd party candidate can have a real chance.
More than ever people are fed up with the status quo. Fed up with the establishment. They want real change. They want a future to believe in. And in this election #ItsInOurHands. America has a choice to make, and they can chose to have real change, or continue with the corporate establishment that will never change, and will continue to have policies that hurt America's middle class. Choose wisely America!
